My Story

Hey loves! My name is Tiffany.

I am a yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and mental health advocate, dedicated to creating a space where Black and Brown people feel safe, seen, and supported in their wellness journey. My teaching style focuses on Restorative Yoga, Gentle Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra—practices that encourage deep relaxation, self-awareness, and slowing down in a world that often demands we keep pushing forward.

Yoga found me at a time when the world felt scary, and it truly saved me. It became a path for healing, self-discovery, and growth. Through my own struggles with mental health, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about meeting yourself where you are with compassion. Yoga teaches us not to judge—not ourselves, not others—and that lesson continues to guide me every day.

As a Black yoga teacher and lifelong student of yoga, I didn’t always feel welcome in wellness spaces. That’s why I created my own—a space where everyone is welcome, as long as you lead with kindness toward yourself and others. I believe wellness is for all of us, no matter your race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or body type.

My classes are gentle, accessible, and designed for all levels—whether you're new to yoga or looking for a space to slow down and reconnect. More than just movement, yoga is a way of life, and I’m here to help you explore its deeper meaning beyond the poses.
